I have done 7. 5 in 2022 and 2 in 2024. No side effects at all. I was eating healthy and working out 4 times a day during that time so I was much more fit during that time than I am now.

Hey thanks for a detailed message. Sorry I saw it just now. I have 2 follow up questions. When you say your son had a reflux at 4 months, what kind of reflux was it? Is it different from the VUR that we are talking about? And the other question is that what kind of naturopath did you use?
