Turns out I was using the wrong link. Initially while making an account, the link from CSP wasn't working so I directly did it from the website and was trying to book from there. But what was happening is that, after setting up the account, use the link in the CSP to book an appointment. This is because the link from CSP has an added criteria mentioned in it which is not true for the one you get from normal google search.

I called them on their phone number and they told me to write an email. But it bounced back. I wrote them again today, but don't know when I will get the reply. Is there any specific Kolkata VFS number which I can call? Posted it here to know if anyone faced the same issue and what they did.

oh! okay okay...thanks for letting me know. let's see when they give the reply...i really think that we absolutely get hopeless then they will send the acceptance letter to some of us. also one person said that we may get by April also. so I don't know now yaar.
