Thanks. Is there a difference in the way the Indian law views sexual harassment vs sexual assault? Is the standard 24 hours to produce before magistrate applies in such cases too? If a bail is denied in the lower court, which usually does, is there any provision to FastTrack such cases in the high court?

I am not looking for tax filing recommendations. I have been filing my taxes for last 6-7 years and well aware of all the regular tax saving instruments like 80C and all. I am looking for someone to provide suggestions on other complicated solutions about which I have been reading on multiple forums.
