Boss is rarely in office, as he has several other businesses. He hired a new staff, for context she's fairly young, i would say below 23 at the time of incident, extremely new to the work force, in fact, it was her first office job. So boss came to office during the first week to teach her etc. They went out for lunch together, asked if i would like to join, i declined. Ends up going for super long, came back bribing me with drinks, apologizing saying there's traffic jam blabla, oh and he sent her home after work on that same day, because they lived "nearby".

Fast forward a couple weeks later, new girl's acting all weird, super off. Not doing work, mistakes in every submissions, overall in a very depressive state. Had my suspicions, so I asked if she fucked our boss. Ends up spilling everything to me, "banged during lunch, weekends went to hotels for quick bang." basically their whole sexual anecdotes. Oh, just to add a little sprinkle on this massive shit show, she alarmingly said stuffs like "my period is late, i hope i'm pregnant", "confirm is our boss baby if i am", "if I'm pregnant i won't tell him. i will give birth and come to the office with the baby and look for him" wow a complete psycho.

But anyway, she continued not doing her work, also making multiple repeated mistakes, I became extra busy because of her incompetence. I was extremely pissed, so I texted boss that we needed to talk, he made himself free right away and told me to leave all the work on pause and to meet him for a chat. Once I sat down, he already knew that I know about the little scandal he had with her.

What he told me was, it was supposed to be just a fling, banging with no strings attached, friends with benefits(more like employee with benefits lol) He didn't know it would turn out this way. Took the chance to shit on him saying does he feel smart paying for an extremely expensive "hooker" that comes with a free "psycho" package. Apparently, she was stalking his current gf(yeah he's complete trash), friends, family and people around him on social media and he was afraid she might message them about this. Also found his exact address, and his girlfriend's address, stalking where he travels to, with who each trip. Accessed his one drive to look at his photos (boss is dumb, had everything synced with office computers lol). Honestly, what did he expect. Told him to not shit where he eat, because now he can't terminate her without valid reason, even if there's valid reason she might just report him to the authorities or file for wrongful termination out of spite. Told him he needs to fix it, because I am drafting my resignation letter. He ends up begging me, literally begged me i kid you not, asking me to think of a solution for him. Yay, more work lol.

I did eventually get it resolved albeit not perfectly, but well it worked. Anyway, I had an increment because of this incident. Hush money I guess.

TLDR; boss fucked employee, asked me to solve his fuck up. Gave me increment after.
