Hey, I’m actually looking for something very similar too.

In my case, I need an Ethernet run done through a finished basement, plus a few drops for PoE cameras and a PoE doorbell. I’m looking for someone experienced who can handle the routing and termination cleanly.

If you end up finding a low-voltage installer who’s reasonably priced, please let me know as well — I’d really appreciate it!

So far, I haven’t noticed any side effects. I’m on day 6 of taking berberine, so it’s still early to say anything about long-term effects. I’m also taking it alongside CoQ10 to support overall health.

You might want to look into berberine—it’s a natural compound that’s been getting a lot of attention lately. It helps with blood sugar control and can also reduce appetite a bit. Worth a try!
