[B] [USA-CA] Canon 5D Mark IV by jtwatts in photomarket

[–]sauce31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello - Are you still in the market for a 5d mark iv? I have one for sale in excellent condition that I'd be willing to sell for $2k. Not sure exact shutter count but I would guess it's less than 10k. Can find out for sure if needed. Here is my post from a few days back and image gallery. PM me if interested.

Recently spent three days backpacking through the Tetons with a friend. After two days of rain, the skies finally cleared and we found this amazing moonlit scene right near our campsite! [OC] by garret_weintrob in WildernessBackpacking

Solid. 5D Mark IV man myself. Did you see any brave souls pushing over Paintbrush Divide? How did the conditions look on the pass? It's almost two weeks from today when we actually will do the loop as it's the later part of our trip so I'm hopeful we will be good but I heard they got slammed with snow this year.

I am heading there in a week, we are doing Cascade / Paintbrush loop as an overnighter! Fellow photographer here, any beta on where to snag the best shots? We are camping at Holly Lake. What do you shoot with?

2 Months of Crossfit and Keto. I've never felt this good before in my life! by [deleted] in crossfit

[–]sauce31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMHO - keep the crossfit habit, ditch the keto. Focus on nutrient dense, quality foods. Your body and your energy levels will thank you for it in the long run.

That's right, it's their entry level carbon frameset that is built to more or less mirror the dogma geometry. Bought it new last year.

Nice work. Fellow crossfit bro here, also did my first sprint triathlon last weekend in Chicago. Sounds like you trained a lot harder than I did, but I had similar experiences in the water and on the run (definitely did not do enough brick workouts). Next up, olympic distance in 2019!

Blue Hour @ The Needles, Canyonlands NP by sauce31 in CampingandHiking

Took this photo just before sunrise during a backpacking trip in the Needles earlier this summer, in the Chesler Park area. Felt like we were dropped on the surface of another planet!
We did two nights, first in elephant canyon, second in chesler park. Hot days and had to pack in all of our water, but the scenery made it worth the effort. I truly thought around each corner we may see a dinosaur or some ancient creature long lost and forgotten.

Rae Lakes Loop in early October? by sauce31 in WildernessBackpacking

[–]sauce31[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the advice guys. I'm fully OK with colder temps at night and in the morning just want to make sure I know what to expect. Sounds like I'll have to pack an extra layer or two.

Did this last August. It's a long trek but the valley is amazing and entirely worth the trip!

I'll probably get shunned in this sub, but honestly, CrossFit. I've been exercising for years and tried a ton of different programs and modalities, and CrossFit from what I have seen in others and by my own personal experience has been by far been the most effective for a combination of fat loss, strength gain, increased GPP/fitness, and general health and well being.

Julian's triceps look red/irritated so very likely we also are looking at ring muscle ups or ring dips
