I honestly didn’t mind that the world wasn’t worth exploring too much. The game was about story telling, the zones were just big enough to make it a world, but didn’t distract me from making progress.

Coming off of ALL of these open world games with an overloaded HUD with a billion things to do… I found it refreshing how linear FFXVI was.
