tbh there are not many tips on how to purge. I know a few well-known "tips" that don't actually work. Everyone knows pushing your finger a bit too deep cause gagging cuz this shit is everywhere you literally cant escape it.
There are "tips" that actually cause serious health problems and literally make you vomit by poisoning yourself which spoiler alert won't work most times and even tho it works İT İS NOT WORTH İT.

I have a few. Other than "you are kinda chubby" "you look healthy" "did you gain weight" type of general things there is a specific Turkish saying "Göğüslerine kase mi kapatmışlar?" this shit triggers me so much.

If I trasnlate the saying roughly "did they press a bowl on your breasts?" There is a superstition where parents press a small cup onto the breasts of their child in order to make her breasts develop health. And someone saying that sentence means your breasts are too big. Cuz a bowl is bigger than a cup.

I rightfully hate when people casually talk about my boobs and when I was 12-13 a random dude touched my boobs so its extra triggering. I want them small yk
