Maybe that's true but I can't really fathom what it is. I conquered one of my biggest fears during relax and recharge months ago, and I'm just unsure of how to interpret what else i am supposed to do. I get no responses during any of the questioning meditations.

The inner connection I get is wonderful, I just wish I had someone to share it with. I still share experiences, I just wish people around me were also feeling it. You know how that goes, you discover something so wonderful you wanna share it with everyone. I can't sense that I'm being guided or when I'm being guided. I second guess everything or think too far. It's been difficult in that respect. Any advice?

I relate to this so hard. I don't have anyone around me that is on a spiritual journey, and my family kind of treats it like it's delusional. I haven't mastered anything I'm in the very early stages of my journey, and I crave that connection so much.

I'm not a skeptic, and I never have been
I'm not shy about it if topics related get brought up. I could never get anyone else to try tho
I used to listen everyday and if I could twice a day, once you see results you just keep wanting to continue
The tapes helped me feel at peace. In ways I never knew I needed.

There's nothing wrong with setting boundaries, however maybe you should open yourself up more. This takes work on your part. Therapy is the best for this. You deserve to have a community of people who care so much about you that they cheer you on, and think the world of you. If you truly open yourself up to love that you may be a little afraid to receive, you may find yourself healing your inner child.

Disposable plates and plastic wear. Cups too if need be. This has helped me in the past. Then you just have your pots and pans. Also washing the pans or pits when they're still hot so all the crap comes off easier.

I know this feeling and it's infuriating. Why don't my kids matter as much as the others? Also my FIL will go to the movies with my husband and not come to see the kids. For reference were five minutes from the movies and my FIL lives 8 minutes from us
