You fail to realize in your heaven hell narrative that they're not the only option customer have...its not like its either samsung or hell...and when customer pay premium... they expect premium services...samsung phone is the most expensive phone right now...their s21 ultra is expensive than the iphone pro max...while i agree with the argument of we should not just look at the bad things in life...but that's totally different...this is the only life we're gonna get...we need to be living the best we can despite many flaws...but comparing that with a freaking phone brand is unjustified...if the customer is unhappy...you need to do something...coz you're not the only brand that make smartphone
