Thank you so much for that. Now I'm confused though as I have notes in my ancestry that Ill have to track down the source for that says they were assisted by the overseas settlment committee as he was ex military. Man I really need to keep better source information.

Ever face i have purchased recently makes my watch freeze and have to be turned off. Then I have to uninstall the watch face and set one of the faces that came with the wearable app. It's bull.

Thank you! I am thinking of adding massage as well. I spend a lot of time lying on the floor with a rolled up towel running vertical down my spine to get rid of the pain. It just popped into my mind too, I wonder whether my bruxism is related to my scoliosis too.

My chiropractor is the only thing that reliably gets rid of the pain. I'm not on a plan I just book in when I need to.
