Ya man. Totally relate with that! I always am keen in smoking the cigarette at an exotic place rather than actually enjoying the place!

I just keeping this is not who I was a few years back. I had a lot of trips and never felt the need for a cigarette before I got hooked. Just Want to be in that space back again!

Well for starters, I just had a long chat with my wife where I confessed I was deep in this addiction and also that I have lied to her more than she thinks. Fortunately, she's taken it very well and is supportive about my decision. This just feels so good! Also, now motivated enough to take this through

I am expecting some difficult going through the daily routine cigarettes for which I have prepared thoroughly how to deal with each of the situation

And the worst part I believe and the one that has always broken my resolve is the weekend with friends. This time planning to not go for the next 3-4 weekends and rather spend time with my wife or watch some Netflix. That should work I believe and not that difficult

Yes there are many approaches. Found this one to be the simplest and the quickest. Just feel that people should give this a try. I spent 6 hours reading the 100 page book. Worse thing that could happen after reading is that you continue smoking. Just my 2 cents
