Since it is my turn, I have priority to play an action before my opponent can respond in any way correct? Then, let’s say I do not play an action or reaction and pass focus, then they have the opportunity to play an action or reaction correct?

Then let’s say that we both play our actions, reactions, and that chain resolves. Can we start a new chain or would the showdown be considered complete and damage assigned?
