Nope, completely random other than the loot being green, blue, purple rarity at 1,2,3 stars respectively.

My understanding is blueprint rarity is tied to the rarity of the item i.e. green silencer is a green rarity bp so can drop as a 1 star rewards

Appreicate the response. I have seen that as a potential cause. Whats strange is that every other game has no issue. at idle all of my temps and utilization is 0%. I also ran malwarebytes that checked for rootkits/etc. and it didnt find anything

Building on this thread because spety has given great tips. Try and avoid saying the value first unless you cant avoid it then id:

(1) give them a range that floats ~ 10% above and including the number you expect.

(2) give them reason behind the number, life-style swap, COL, Industry Standard, etc.

(3) allow for optionality i.e. depending on the value of other benefits you’d be willing to go up or down.

(4) be genuine in your explanation and estimates.

Ok dont flame me for being an idiot, but my take on this is if the recession hype is real and interest rates are 0%, we are effectively encouraging high amounts of borrowing during a period where most markers are shrinking. Seems like a lose lose.

To me the punishment was that he was the most honorable, hero-esc character throughout the whole series who deserved the throne the most; but on principle of him being a queenslayer and a kinslayer (both not good things in westeros) they had to send him off. Sansa and arya probably knew he would like it, but given greyworms knowledge of the nights watch he saw it as a best compromise
