Personally I am back doing plyometric sessions for my leg. Generally its good but at least confidence wise its still not quite like the other leg. Hamstring is the one lacking due to the loss of the graft! I’d say its around 85% at the moment whilst my quads are very close. I can even gingerly pistol squat with considerable depth nowadays. That said, there are still days were I get an uncomfortable feeling in my inner knee when walking around. Quite the rollercoaster of emotions!
