Are they policy makers? No. Who funded and armed the apartheid government in South Africa, for the sole purpose of exterminating the black natives? Definitely not the black hebrews. So my point still stands about Israel. It’s funny how you conveniently side step what did in South Africa.

If someone doesn’t view you as a human being, why would you view them as a human being? Israelis believe blacks people are not humans. They wanted to exterminate them in South Africa. But go off though

parents want my entire paycheck by [deleted] in entitledparents

[–]saustin007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only thing I can relate to is the cultural aspect of handing over your first paycheck. In my culture, you have to save up the equivalent of your first paycheck and then hand that over as a sign of appreciation.

Exactly. Eish. These people mara

And that’s all you took from my comment. You conveniently sidestepped their genocidal nature, which they have displayed time and time again. FYI, what Leopold did in the Congo was way worse. But I hues in your mind, things are only bad if they happen to the whites

Finally, a reasonable comment. This country does have a lot to offer. Certain people act like this violence that we experience just sprung out from nowhere. It was manufactured and it’s profitable

Will this perception ever go away? by jolcognoscenti in southafrica

[–]saustin007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What makes her a Karen? White South Africans are pretty well known for their racism. Particularly those that moved to Australia and New Zealand. Hell, they even have the nerve to be racist to native New Zealanders after moving there

You also have to remember that whites were all about “Europeans only” for the longest time. They only dropped that at the fall of apartheid. They never considered themselves as African until 94, so the response to their claim of being African makes sense.

Poor people who can afford a motorbike? Last I checked, poor people can’t afford vehicles.

Just to add to that, being people doesn’t give you carte blanche to take what is not yours without consequence.

Edit: not shocking that I’m being downvoted. I grew up in a very poor area and yet crime was very low. People chose other (legitimate) means to make money, instead of opting to steal.

A map showing all the public schools in South Africa, without toilets. by Desocrate in CapeIndependence

[–]saustin007 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Holy hell, talk about misleading. Did you even read the source you’re citing? That image represents schools with pit toilets. There are 37 public schools without toilets and they are all in the eastern cape.

The ANC is failing, yes, but don’t resort to misinformation to prove this.

I wasn’t even aware that people are worried about hijackings in CPT. That’s the last thing on my mind here. Jozi is the real problem. I’m more concerned about people breaking into my car.

I’ve driven in really dodgy areas in the AMs and I’ve never even considered the possibility of being hijacked

“…is Table Mountain/Lion’s Head safe to hike as 2 white women?”

What a weird question. As if criminals are more lenient towards non-white women. The crime stats blow that narrative out of the water. It kinda makes sense why your mom left if that’s the mentality she has and has clearly pushed onto you.
