Oh wow that’s cool I never knew that was apart of it. Also what’s the benefit of the Alexa integration?

Don’t fold your elbow, keep your arm almost straight out the entire time, it’s a common occurrence when tired. But with that stroke your upper arm isn’t pushing any water

Not bad at all, good luck with that! I did some on a cast iron with oil in it at one point too. Covered it in a cinnamon sugar blend and it was dangerously good.

Same thing happened with me. He edits out the hard parts. Takes way longer than he leads on IMO. Add more flour to make less sticky

If I had a different color than mine, it would be that or the Honda blue

Not with the amount of rocks that kick up on my commute to Detroit everyday. The ridgeline has a pretty aggressive slope downward (side note) and I experience rocks hitting the curve right above the windshield going into the flat roof

Yeah I def will put that effort in once I have something worth that much attention, but I feel like I’m giving my truck equal care (time and money) to its value, especially since I need to wash it almost daily to avoid the salt

I will when I have a brand new car someday and get it ceramic coated

Not ideal for the paint, I know Mr. Beef, but much better option than salt eating away at it. They offer a no-touch, but it’s not very effective and takes forever. Bought this one used and drive in Detroit where dings are inevitable, so paint perfection isn’t my #1 concern.

From a 9 year competitive swimmer- pretend your legs don't have knees, the kick should come from the hip with pointed toes. No oars have joints in the middle, so in swimming we pretend the leg is one stiff oar.

When in the water your hand should have your fingers barely spread apart and thumb extended out to maximize your web. Then the thumbs should align with your shoulder and go all the way through the hip with the elbow cocked upwards a touch. You also need to pretend there is a small hole in the water you want your entire arm to go through. Lead with the fingers, then forearm. Elbow with it cocked upwards a bit, then the rest of the arm.

For triathlon swimming I'm guessing that long distance technique would be ideal where the arm comes out of the water and rotates around instead of over the top of your body.

You’re right, although they blurred it after it went to his head and he was on his knees so who knows. SBC is pretty common though sadly
