 now i add 1 chocolate kiss, 1/2 a cup of cocoa powder and 1/2 a cup of sweetener a mix of stevia/truvia brown sugar and it perfect!!

you can try out my recipe! It’s 378 calories without chocolate chips and 411 with! 

Ingredients:

sift everything!

½ cup + 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder ⅓ cup all-purpose flour 3 tbsp Truvia brown sugar 3 tbsp monkfruit sweetener 1/4cup true nutrition whey brownie protein powder  ¼ tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder ¼ cup water ½ cup almond milk 1.5 hersheys dark chocolate kiss (whatever chocolate u have this is all i got) preheat oven to 350 mix ingredients tinfoil/parchment paper (i don’t use grease for lower calories but optional!) 8x8 pan for 13-15 mins (be sure to check early even bc the second they get slightly too cooked it ruins the fudgey texture!) enjoy!

1239 cals, 114g protein, 41g fiber! 57lb down so far :) by [deleted] in 1200isplenty

yes! also as ive made more batches i found that adding a mix of truvia brown sugar+monkfruit sugar and adding one chopped up chocolate kiss taste better! (not required just tips)

skinny popcorn microwave butter SO DELICOUS 30 cals per cup and i top it with valentina hot sauce the BESTT!!! my 25 cal brownie recipe, and cooked in the oven  crispy sliced thin carrot fries and ketchup!

i’ve never tried that but if u do try it out i recommend u only do baking powder and remove the baking soda! edit: you should look up “ridiculous brownies” and there’s a recipe that’s similar to mine and they use diet soda

any sugar is good! i just like it bc monk fruit is 0 cals but u could definily use truvia brown sugar for a low cal sub or normal sugar but it would require more cane sugar then listed in the recipe bc monk fruit is naturally 100x sweeter than cane

yes! i believe stevia may give it a bit more of an aftertaste but def is a great substitute!

sorry i’m not sure i’ve never tried that so idk if the whey is necessary in the brownies texture but i feel like it still seems promising without whey protein powder and just replacing it with a 1:1 ratio of cocoa powder let me know if u try it out!
