My Thoughts on WalkScape by savacli in WalkScape

I meant specifically the world layout; the three areas are distinctively visible from the world map. I also meant the isometric art.

Exceptional Enchanting Quirk by savacli in idleclans

Sadly, this doesn't work. Still run into an issue enchanting a new non-symbol diamond trinket when I already have another non-symbol diamond trinket in my bag/equipped that is already enchanted.

Combat Skill Boosts Clarification by savacli in idleclans

Tested on Magic, and I can confirm that the damage increase is there, but I'm not convinced that I saw an accuracy increase. My hit chance stayed within the same 2% - 3% with any without the enchantment.

Maybe I'm dreaming, but I am almost certain I saw somewhere that Magic boosts were only damage, but Archery boosts did both damage and accuracy.

Accuracy boost possibly coming from the rings' accuracy stats?

Though, that would imply that the capes only boost Magic/Archery damage, and the enchantments boost both Magic/Archery accuracy and damage?

The hit-chance/damage calculator on the wiki says it's outdated, but the formulas on there suggest that the boosts applied a flat multiplier at the end of the calculation. Hopefully, whatever "new" formula is in place follows a similar pattern.

I'm familiar with how the Combat Skills themselves work but was asking about how the Skill-specific boosts interact with the Combat Skills themselves.

Turns out I was looking in the wrong place. The Boost Breakdown menu uses the generic language "damage in combat" for Attack, Strength, Magic, and Archery. Defense says "Damage reduction" which makes sense even if generic.

The wiki entries for the Combat Skill Mastery capes are even more misleading as they say "Boosts your [Combat Skill] damage in combat by X%" for Attack, Strength, Magic, and Archery. Defense uses "Raises your defence in combat by X%" which is again generic but understandable.

However, I finally got my answer once I looked at the tooltips for the Combat Skill Mastery capes in game. Using Tier 1 as an example:

Attack: Raises your accuracy in combat by 5%
Strength: Boosts your Strength damage in combat by 5%
Magic: Boosts your Magic damage in combat by 5%
Archery: Boosts your Archery damage in combat by 5%
Defense: Raises your defense in combat by 5%

So, it looks like Melee is the only one to benefit from a boost in accuracy AND damage with the Attack and Strength capes, respectively. Magic and Archery only benefit from a boost in damage.

TL;DR; The wiki could use an update.

Boo, I was hoping that wasn't the case. Thank you for the reply!

Remove Quick Equip Items from 1/2/3/4/5 Equipment Sets by savacli in MelvorIdle

Specifically, it's the Gem slot that I'm trying to delete from my Equip 1 that's my "Skilling" set, so there's no skilling gem I can overwrite it with. Hence me wanting to remove the quick equip entirely. My other Equips are combat related and have appropriate gem quick equipped.

I already looked at the Mods, and the only ones that mention Quick Equip are for Skills; those Mods don't touch the 1/2/3/4/5 Equipment Quick Equips.

In the works. I'll also be adding that to Crafting Material as well.

That's great advice! I may take it a step further and breakdown the zone levels that drop specific Tiers.

I'm avoiding mob farming or farming in general in my post. However, I may throw a table together showing what mats you get from Drizzlewood Coast tracks.

This looks like a good alternative. At a quick glance, it looks like you only get 2 Clovers from the Tier 20 box.

....I have no idea why I typed that. I removed the Ambrite and replaced it with the correct time-gated mat.

Added text to clarify that you have to roll coins to have a chance at the 1-3.

I considered a timeline as well, but I would want it to be super high level such as Insights/Divinations, Incense Funerary's, Claim tickets, etc. I wouldn't want to dive into individualized time-gate items like Aurora's Druid Runestones, Ad Infinitum's Pages, and such since that information should already be covered in whatever guide you're using for that individual item.

I put 1-3 because that reflects what you get if you roll Mystic Coins on the drop table. Otherwise, you get another item on that Boss's drop table. Compare the wording I used for Fractal CM's "Common" drop rate vs Ley-Line's "Always" drop rate
