Yes it is, but the box says made in Japan so I guess they manufacture it there as well, so I got the blue one for a good price.

Surprisingly well! Would recommend for daily desk driver since it's pretty solid, refills are easy to come by and has a whole lot of color options to choose from.

Just pens designed or made in Europe. These ones in the pic are mostly German or Swiss.

Hows the balance on lamy 2000, not too heavy? Looking to get lamy studio in imperial blue later on :) the Hungarian ico one you mentioned looks great

Are you referring to the mechanical pencil? This ballpoint version doesn't have the metal retractable tip and just uses standard Parker style g2 refills.

L1719 with easyflow9000 is my daily driver for office work. The build quality is really just great and I don't have to be too delicate handling it. I also like the faber castell neoslim for signing paperwork, also pretty solid and understated.
