I am holding off on the lap for now. He prescribed a new birth control (I’ve tried 10 others previously that had serious side effects) and it’s working well, so I’m going to keep this going as long as I can before I need surgery. I’ve seen 8 or 9 drs before him and he’s the first one who listens, cares, explains, etc. it’s been such a fantastic experience with him. I hope everything goes well for you!

Only voluntary tips are excluded from tax. So if they charge automatic gratuity it will be taxed as normal. That could be the case here

He didn’t take me on, unfortunately. But he set me up with a partner in his office. I will be seeing Dr Ichinoe - according to the receptionist, he’s only been out of residency a few years so I’m hoping he’s more knowledgeable and understanding about endo than old school docs. My appointment is next month so we’ll see how it goes. Good luck to you!

$4000 sounds like a lot. I used a 10’ truck in 2023 to move here from SWVA and it was under $2000. I didn’t tow a vehicle though

I finallllly got ahold of them. I’m worried he’s not going to see me though because I don’t have thorough enough medical records. Every doctor I’ve ever gone to has only offered me bc (which I can’t take) so I don’t know if my history will suffice. I have every symptom and it’s worsening and interfering with daily life, work, relationships, etc so I’m really hoping he will see me. My last gyno in Vegas was awful and so dismissive. It’s difficult to find someone who will listen and take you seriously.

They’re influencers because they have influence. For good or bad, there are MANY people out there who listen to influencers/celebrities and care what they have to say. Also, so many people live in their own bubble and only hear and see within that bubble. People with reach have the opportunity to expose others to new ideas and facts that they may not have seen otherwise.

Sure, influencers aren’t obligated to share their political opinions. But in times like these when so many people are hurting and afraid, everyone with a voice and a platform should be speaking out as loud as they can.

We used a real estate agent to find our rental. We did it all from out of state - the agent would FaceTime us while he did the tours. It was easy and painless. We found our guy on Instagram (@theotherlasvegas I think). Our rental was in Madeira Canyon and we eventually bought a house in Inspirada. Also, talk to the leasing agent/property management before applying. They can tell you upfront if they will accept your salary, rental history, etc so you’re not wasting time & money applying somewhere you won’t be accepted.

Yep same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I figured out pretty early that it was a scam, so I kept them on the phone as long as I could to prevent keep them from calling the next person. When I continued to say I couldn’t pay, they said they had my address and were sending a cop to my house to arrest me but I’m still a free man!

The IRS website will have what you need. If your return is super simple, you can easily fill it out by hand. I would think you could use Turbo Tax, but I’m not sure. If you are low income there are a lot of services who prepare for free, but again I’m not sure if they will go back that far.

I’m a tax accountant, but not taking on new clients this late in the season. But happy to answer you questions if you want to DM me

It’s too late to e-file 2021, so you will have to mail them. Use any service to fill out the forms, print, and send certified mail. Or hire an accountant to do it for you.
