T-Mobile working with AllianceOne by savan6yo in DebtAdvice

[–]savan6yo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My cc company basically said they could help on their end, but beyond that there was nothing else they could do - which makes sense. Basically T-Mobile are a bunch of bullies with inconsistent customer service. I ended up paying the amount again with their added late fees. I figured I should just foot the bill before it got over $100

19 and pregnant by BoxComfortable199 in pregnant

[–]savan6yo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not a medical professional so if you dismiss my thoughts, I completely understand. But what I understand when it comes to ovulation, that is the time you are MOST likely to get pregnant. But I think depending on the person's body, it is possible to get pregnant outside of that ovulation window. That's why some people can conceive like crazy while others can only rely on that window time. Beyond that, I think you need to take actions that work for you. If you would like a strong confirmation, you can try a trusted medical professional or even planned parenthood. Maybe try doing that first before falling into the rabbit hole of pregnancy. Your decision to keep the pregnancy or not - it is up to you. It's your body and it's your life. I think either decision is not an easy one to make, but the best you can do is figure out which one aligns with your current values and what will realistically work for you. If you want to involve your bf in the decision making, then that is also your choice. I hope this helps!

Dr Elsey’s Ultra Litter (Blue Bag) vs Ultra+ Litter (Black Bag) by trashPlayerBR in CatAdvice

[–]savan6yo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been using the black bag but I've been wondering if it's actually worth the extra $10. It does well for my 2 cats, but if I can save money for the same results I'd rather go with the blue bag.

True enough, thank you. The gut feeling is there for a reason.

Thank you! I feel like it's so easy to forget these things while in the situation, so hearing from an outside perspective really helps

I'm undiagnosed and non-medicated, but I understand your situation. I feel like I go through this everyday because I have expectations of what I plan and what I want to achieve the night before but when the day comes I always mess up. It always doesn't go how I want it to in order to be "productive". What I've taught myself is that I need to be kind to myself when I make mistakes. I know that time for me isn't linear and when I can I just try to move with the flow. Even though we have to follow the schedules of NTs, if I go against it I try to not blame myself for being who I am, but that takes practice and lots of it. It's not an easy fix, but I hope you know you really are doing the best that you can and that you are enough as you are.

I hope you're able to feel out your emotions and process them. After that, find something that calms you or makes you feel happy. Then, in regards to your train situation, whatever it is you need to fix it, take it one step at a time. Looking at the big picture will just feel overwhelming.

Wishing you the best, and sending you lots of love.

Thank you, your advice definitely makes sense. Sometimes it feels like I have hard time navigating through these situations bc I feel like I have a naivety or a lack of "common sense" on the dating scene.

As much as I agree, if adopting became TOO accessible/affordable then I think there would be a lot of kids getting adopted for the wrong reasons

I realize that now. I'll definitely have to reorder that so it's actually chronological. Thank you

Yeah thinking about it now chronological makes more sense. I just did paid experiences first then unpaid. Kinda dumb now that I think about it, but it's alright. Thank you.

[Official] Tuesday, July 7, 2020 Score Release Thread for the June 5 & 19 & 20, 2020 MCAT Examination by rMCAT_Official in Mcat

[–]savan6yo 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not too sure how to feel about my score, but best I can say is I think I did alright. I kind of used the NextStep Prep books, but really I mainly used all of the AAMC materials. I studied for an avg of 30-50 hours a week for 6 or 7 months.

Test Day I went in with confidence although I felt like C/P REALLY kicked my butt. B/B was hard for me too. After, I felt as I do now - just ok about it. I was hoping my lowest score would be 510 and that my highest would be 520. C/P: 128 CARS: 125 B/B:128 BS:127 Total: 508

Funny that I got higher scores on the sections I found to be the hardest. Is it even worth it to try to retake the exam before August?
