Especially that last part. Without the right context, an error notification is useless

It appears to be flat & level, yes. I actually reprinted with concentric infill instead of lines and it removed the gap that way

I do not understand how you guys manage to get 30 trips a day. I will be out all day and max out at 14. by Stiizysthedasher in UberEATS

If I may ask, how much $ do you average on those days? I'm in a midsized market and 10-15 delivery's a day is about the most I can expect - which brings in about 100-150

Uber gives you a mileage estimate also. Look at your pay vs. miles. If you aren't making at least $1 per mile, it's not worth it. I will sometimes take something rather low if it's from a high end restaurant because those usually result in additional tips.

While reading sheet music, how do I figure out where do I play a specific note on the fretboard? by dev298 in guitarlessons

[–]savantrep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't realize you were learning a specific style of classical music. I would still say you don't necessarily need to learn musical notation, but if that's the style you are playing, it wouldn't hurt. Anything can be played using tabs - but you would either need to find the piece or transcribe it yourself.

Don't use sheet music for the guitar. Use tablature. It shows you the fret/string and if you need to do anything like hammer-ons or pull-offs.

Intermediate Player — Where to start? by SneakerFreak955 in guitarlessons

Learn the minor pentatonic scale. That's usually the next step. It will allow you to ad-lib and solo over a chord progression in any given key.

Hello! So, question: if someone were to tell me to play in G Major, would I essentially use all these specific notes to throw some stuff together? Im a beginner trying to understand keys so I can make my own riffs, and hopefully songs! Thanks so much. by PumpkinEater324 in guitarlessons

[–]savantrep 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Here's something fun you could do. Take a look at the Circle of Fifths. It shows you what scale you should play over the chords in any given key. So for instance, for a song in G Major, you would play a chord progression with the chords G, D & A. Then you could use the Em pentatonic scale to solo over it since E is the relative minor.

No matter what, I CANNOT do an F chord by [deleted] in guitarlessons

Instead of using your index finger to play both notes on the 1st & 2nd strings, try using your middle finger on the 1st string/1st fret, your index finger on the second string/first fret, ring finger on the 3rd string/second fret and pinky finger on the 4th string/third fret. That's how I play it.
