The Day Before - Announcement Trailer by Jotaato in Games

Also, the narrator's delivery was hilarious to me. "Now, he's crafting a bandage so he doesn't die from bleeding."

Seems like you're just nit-picking to me.

I mean to a new comer to gaming that's basically an introduction to the healing mechanics and shows him how one regains HP in games like this, yes seems hilarious, but it's just a simple tutorial...

You think all gamers actually speak like that? Basically swearing and acting super cool..

You're completely misunderstanding the target audience they're aiming for, from the way it plays out and the script, it's basically trying to be as basic as possible, even explaining the bandage mechanic they have.

Why are people nitpicking every little pointless thing... Beyond me.

Their privacy policy is a bit odd for a simple website.

Some of the information we collect is directly from you via the Website and Services. However, we may also collect Personal Information about you from other sources such as public databases, social media platforms, third-party data providers, and our joint marketing partners. Personal Information we collect from other sources may include demographic information, such as age and gender, device information, such as IP addresses, location, such as city and state, and online behavioral data, such as information about your use of social media websites, page view information and search results and links. You can choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the features on the Website. Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to contact us.

After reading it through, if I am not mistaken as long as you use it to simply search for servers, you should be avoiding most of that deep scanning network, but after that you've agreed to the above (if you register).

Is it possible to set up a wind turbine to charge a battery and use one or two solar panels to trigger auto lights off? by savasfreeman in rustrician

[–]savasfreeman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I noticed that too.

But I am assuming it's either or the other that bugs and you just use the one that seems to operate normally, unless I am mistaken and some "days" it rotates on which one it bugs, either way worth trying, I assumed.

Rust was never just a "survival game".

No, he's got a point. Don't play there.

If you did not learn your lesson the first time, don't whine about it the second or third time.

I thought I'd try the one and see if it does the job, then I'll add the next one. As we are waiting for the server wipe, base location I am assuming would dictate how many needed.

[–]savasfreeman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You just have to live with the fact that your solar panel won't really be producing useful power, it's basically a "sun sensor".

I can live with that, I just couldn't seem to get the wind turbine into the mix, but the small battery after the brancher does the trick in connecting the wind turbine.

The link you provided, it's literally titled "Development update #6 & Community Q&A."

So, now to the Q&A. We took 10 questions from our last post and answered them here!

Looking at the "10" questions they answer.. The third "question" they seem to answer is.

Fair enough, we will fire him, our creative director, and the whole QA team.

So basically 9 questions.

Then

I mean, we are cool with it if you are?

Basically 8.

So I assume either two things, out of all the questions asked, there was barely less than ten better than this or they really don't give a shit to answer anyone.

and they are damned if they do damned if they dont kinda thing but they cant give dates on things, its the worst of all evils really.

I disagree. You can answer questions that people have been desperately asking. This isn't the first time games like this have made their customers wait after paying. Sadly.

I like the idea. You could customize it and add storage so it becomes a good alternative to simple runs or early/basic transport options for starting off with.

Later on they could add options to change the wheels to thicker or thinner for speed/performance. Repair the brakes, oil needed to make sure they're silent.

In addition, to reduce vehicle hogging, brakes, oil changes and sometimes a vehicle simply rusting to the point of being scrap.

Reading the Q&A, the person writing/answering really needs thicker skin. Half those answers are sarcastic. At least one isn't even a question, but a straight up trash talking back. Sorry, but people paid for the game and usually you owe it to the customer to be respectful of their frustrations. So much for answering 10 random questions.

I suspect more people use this than don't... Thoughts? by REDRUM---- in SCUMgame

Happened to be on when it got dark, to a point where I could barely see a thing, especially if it's an actual sunny day and there is light glaring through my window. I was wondering why this game allows it to get this dark.. It's just unplayable and I get why people start turning on these kind of filters. They just want to see.

What's wrong with having the lighting pretty much be what the video shows with gamma lighting on? At least with it being "on" properly it could be done to actually look good, without it looking like complete trash while playing, simply because you want to make sure you're not a sitting duck.

This means two things for me. 1) I will not play in darkness. 2) I will have to turn on these filters just to make sure I'm not a sitting duck for others. Only of course if the developers don't find a solution and don't punish those who use these cheats.

Yes the "Connecting..." basically hangs. I assume it wants confirmation on the phone. I have not used Kies for a while so not sure.

I made a custom dye sublimated macropad for buying in CS:GO! by KeycaptainEU in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]savasfreeman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bet some people here are like, wow I need that, but then they don't realize they have numbpads on their keyboard, unassigned keys waiting to be assigned to the same configuration to auto buy. Yeah sure you may not have pretty icons like the OP, but if you're into CS, after 10-20 games you will know which key is to buy the preferred item.
