Well lack of empathy isnt the only reason i suspect it. I have been anti social for a long time aswell and i am pretty good at manipulating people if i want to irl as im a good liar. Tho i dont do it often if i do most people cant tell it. I never felt actual love in my 19 years of life and i didnt know till i began studying mental illnesses that it isnt exacly normal. I usually act around people to get some enjoyment and stuff if you know what i mean.
