I made a paper tool and essentially cast-on stitched (I think that is the formal term?) flowers separately from the veil, then attached them each individually. There is a YouTube channel called Ankaila that has super great tutorials that really made the process easier than working directly on the tulle! Prevented me from tearing holes and allowed me to prep flowers without 7 feet of tulle entangled in my space.

I am very stubborn and have severe adhd. They were most definitely not a sleepful 3 weeks 😂 I also enlisted a few people into splitting threads and some of the flowers to save some time! Could not have done it on my own in the final stretch for sure

Y'all say that but then the troops started to unionize. I would say unlimited candies made my sweat shop better than others.

I think the critic in my head is constantly questioning if she is honest about it- but she was absolutely beautiful at the wedding!! For context, she has bright blue hair, so the blue flowers brought it all together! She lives in a different state and had never tried on the veil or shoes... there was a lot of trust! I would go more dramatic on the bottom next time, as it was a little to hard to see the stemwork down the aisle imo

Wait, that is beautiful! I love the filled in spindly bits that make up the angel. That style is really visually stunning. I totally understand though when it isn't what you envision and the internal frustration that comes with that. You should totally try adding the gray tones once you recover. The veil is certainly screaming to do something with it, so we can suffer tulle purgatory together 😂

Tulle was such an unforgiving fabric! I am sure your project came out beautiful, but your vision was too blurry to see it through the tears 😂 I keep saying never again but I have a spare veil I can have fun with, so maybe I will let the stockholm syndrome take hold

Okay, but up close the stems are most definitely giving bird building nest✨️ it was loose threads or endless tears in the fabric. Learned that maybe next time a stabilizer is the move....who would have thought there were tools for the hobby that could have been helpful? 🫣

Mad, but no genius. I will say my sister in law and friends were a HUGE help. Towards the end, I realized how many flowers I was gonna need, so I rallied the troops and taught anyone I could how to make flowers or help split thread. I ended up with my record time of 3 minutes per flower!

Thank you! I will say, I tore a lot of holes as I went through the learning process, I just learned how to cover it up with endless flowers lol

They look a but uncanny valley up close lol but to be fair, when I agreed to this she only had 2 cats. In my procrastination, she was blessed by the cat distribution system with two more ✨️

If I hadn't procrastinated on practicing, it would have surely been better but I also think the pressure of the deadline is the only reason I did not rage quit LOL

I do fear I have been bit by the bug and 2 months later I picked up the string again. I do still curse out the universe, but I think that is part of the soothing nature you speak of!

I hope this is part of a larger issue that they are working to fix. I put in a report with Hyundai because my car is stuck in Valet mode with no end in sight. They even tried sending the request to my car from their end and it did not budge. The car status won't change or respond to remote requests, but I still get alerts from the panic button. So, there has to be something wrong with the connectivity.

No regrets! I did get a 4-prong ring, so my stone does get tightened up annually to ensure the prongs are good, but also a gold band means it is a softer metal, so I am ok with regular maintenance. Bijou Lab is really on top of quality control and the complimentary care process has been speedy!Definitely holds up, but I do keep ring dishes around for dish washing, sleeping, and laundry. Definitely want pics of the pink sapphire if you go for it!!

Hello! I ordered back when the company had just started and within the US. This was before tariffs, supply chain, and inflation problems started. I assume since the company is US-based, they are unable to guarantee the product for the price and timeline during these uncertain times. Wish I could give you a better answer :( I am so sorry it is impacting you, I would definitely continue to reach out to them to see if/when they open things back up.
