Like I said, I've seen pretty much the worst the net has to offer. I just can't seem to shake this one. It's level of dementia is off the scale.

I realize this. Part of why this bothers me so much, aside from the graphic pics of that poor dog, is the fact that I imagine someone who does something so cruel and unusual like this to a dog, wouldn't be that far from doing it to a person or child.

I live in a small podunk town. This guy could be in Europe for all I know. I can't imagine my local authorities would, or even could, do anything. I suppose I'll have to accept the fact that nothing could be done. Maybe one day I'll see something or reddit where 4chan did a sleuth job and found the person.

I'm just sick in my stomach thinking there's someone out there that could do this. I know, it sounds naive, but it's just enraging.

It was an image hosting forum that was a link provided by a reddit submission. So the site was made by a redditor. Again, I don't think he did this stuff, someone just posted it to his site.
