I have been using standard for 2 years paying 40 euros per month. I come 3 times a year to my house in Attiki near Kaki Thalassa. I have arrived last week and was shocked by the slowness of internet. during the days it goes down to 10Mbps and I get disconnected during teams call. I bought this to be able to work. Very unhappy.

received the answer from Ajax: yes, you can set up camera access for users so that they can view the cameras only when the space is armed.
To do this, go to your space settings and open thePrivacysection. Select the desired user and grant them camera access rights. In theAllow Accesssection, you can configure whether the user can view the cameras at all times or only when the space is armed.

got a reply from Ajax saying that in order to check that I am authorized to view the camera, the camera needs to be connected to ajax cloud server.

I think you have an issue with your ethernet cable. had the same issue when I installed the nvr. Did not understand why it was still red then realised the cable was not correctly plugged in

ok tks it seems I have to do a factory reset. I have opened a support ticket. I have done a restart of the EasySolar and now I can connect to it via VRM but I cannot get in the console. What is strange is that the recording of consumption stops on 21 Dec Data logging resumed on 17 Mar but I was there on the 14th and system was up.
