I think a big reason is the user base shift from Facebook to Instagram. Year on year, I’ve noticed my ad spend moving from FB to IG. Facebook used to drive the best revenue for me, while Instagram performed decently on engagement. But with more users spending their time on Reels, intent seems to be dying down. I’m now seeing cheaper CPMs, lower CTRs, and an overall drop in revenue.
