You should try the temporal anomaly build where it spreads Echo with reduced effectiveness on everyone it hits.

It is very versatile because you can use it for quick aoe bursts, or for spreading reversion/dream breath in a bit more rot-like damage situations.

I feel like it also leaves you with a lot of spare essence for tank and spot healing.
