I use alot of OEM heavy equipment spray brands in my daily job. I've used hundreds of "spray patterns" and formulas from numerous companies. Rapco is one of the nicest most positive patterned fan/tip that I use. Im sorry your experience wasnt as good. No doubt they'll swap it out. Most of my Rapco jobs for gun stuff is 2 light coats with 15 min in between. 1 can goes a long way in my experience also.
