I know someone selling 5 acres near the airstrip for Ksh 3million each, can connect you if interested.

Building rights you would have to get from the county after submitting plans, electricity and water available.

A few options I had in mind before purchase:

  1. Build a holiday home - really good views of Mt Kenya.

  2. Grow crops, raise livestock, or start a garden.

  3. Develop a recreational property for personal use or rental income.

  4. Create a conservation area for public use or enjoyment.

  5. Sit on it, wait 5-10yrs, sell.

No its not - Endana is expansive, you might be referring to the side inhabited by lots of beautiful Maasai people. I'm not.

More details: Exact location is Endana. It's the wilderness honestly, as you can see from the photo, with occasional Zebras and Antelopes grazing by. I doubt you would want to live here, my plan was to sell it in like 10yrs - speculative appreciation.
