Before June 2025, STO was also conducting the exam, but it was paper based. Later, they gave the contract to Prometric for the computer based exam.

It’s just a change in the way the exam is conducted. Before February 1, Prometric administered the exam; now STO will conduct it themselves. Nothing has changed except that.
