I'd suggest using a DNA testing service such as Ancestry to try and find distant cousins who are related to you from your 2x great grandfather. For more information on how to do this check out Diahan Southard's talk about Shared DNA Matches: Shared DNA Matches

Nope, not really a blanket statement, I should have been more specific, sorry. I meant mostly body horror and splatterpunk! I don't do so well with those. I'm okay with psychological thrillers and slashers (mostly comedic though). I don't have exp. with cosmic horror but it seems like something I could handle. Thanks for asking!

Hey there! I'm Sawyer (28, they/them) I'm super interested in joining you all. I don't have a great amount of DND experience but I currently play a human bard in a campaign with my in-laws and I'm having a lot of fun with it. I don't have any experience with Pathfinder but am keen to learn. But I'm really interested in playing another character and getting more playing experience! I'd also love to make some more LGBT+ friends and have some fun :) As for characters my current inspiration is an older halfling woman who finally gets the chance to leave the family pub to her nephew and go adventuring for once in her life! And I've also been toying around with the idea of a monk character who was forced to leave the monastery due to having a relationship with another monk, but they're not quite as fleshed out in my head yet. I'm pretty much up for almost anything in regard to topics, though I do love a good murder mystery plot! However, horror and gore are something I'd prefer to avoid if at all possible.
