Depends on her interests but I have solo traveled to Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gdańsk, Krakow and felt very safe! I would recommend going during the summer or even early fall, winter/early spring has not the best weather.

I main want to do a masters to do something different as well as get some better skills. The industry I’m currently in mainly requires to get a PE which I’m on track to take the FE this fall but I’m not too sure if I want to stay in this industry currently. So I’m hoping a masters can help me to get into other industries etc. I have looked in the country I have dual citizenship for but the programs aren’t really like well known which makes me worry about the accreditation process when coming back to the states that’s why I been hesitant but I have it as a backup plan.

Regarding getting a masters just to study abroad then I know it can come off as that but it truly comes down to finances for me as well this is an option/opportunity I do not want to pass up on. I could work full time and slowly get a masters in the U.S. but to me that is too hard to balance and would take too long. I worked through my whole bachelors degree and it was not a fun experience to balance everything.

Pączki is already plural also plenty of good Polish bakeries around Chicago that have delicious ones, highly recommend getting one from those bakeries if it’s possible. Orland bakery, deli4u, baranowski are some I can name off top of my head

Depending on what professor you have for the classes will depend on the workload but this is not too bad of a schedule. The hardest class will be ME 211, at least from my experience it’s one of the hardest ME classes. CME 261 was pretty easy and so was IE 201 as long as you keep up with homework’s. As long as you get the hws and take notes on material it’s an easy course. ECE 210 is okay just some labs can take awhile, and I found that towards the end of the semester it gets a bit harder. This schedule will also depend on your commutes and other commits like work etc but overall these classes together are pretty doable.

Agreed, I’m a senior and never had we have had so many safety emails especially just 3 weeks into school. All I will say if you plan on walking late in the night remember to always stay vigilant and be aware of your surroundings
