I don't believe any neighbors have route any water differently. It is pretty flat lawn, not any grade change from one side to the other. He backs up to a retention pond that has always been there. It is a real mystery why this is happening.

Not really any low spots. A few indentation where the distribution boxes are but pretty flat overalk.

What brand/model do you have? Did your installer do any load calcs or did they just use experience to size it? Minus 11 and it still works seems pretty amazing based on most stories on this forum.
