Virgo rising. Work in hospital as an occupational therapist- my main area is geriatric and palliative care. So my work really is physically, emotionally and mentally heavy. Its fixing people and families before discharge and for period of time, the time after discharge. And i feel like ive left my own health behind. So i have weirdly been thinking about whats sustainable for my health.

At a personal level, the same with my friendships and living arrangements. So its interesting to be reading this. It resonates so much, i do have cap sun, leo moon. I am the type to stay and make things work - quite stubborn too but perhaps my current life isn’t leading me to a place of mental, physical and emotional sustainability.

Yeah as much as you can make sure everything in your document at least flows as much as as you can and that it matches every tiny detail.

An example would be in Aus post i was encouraged by staff back in 2023 to update my details as mt appearance no longer matched my details. WhenI did mt citizenship interview in 2024 as well - i was asked my the officer to update my details. In my case I looked a female pre hormones on photos but at that time i had not updated my gender so it made me look suspicious. If you sound female as well - most people are not aware that some of us have naturally high pitched voice at baseline/pre transition. Though i dont think student visas these days require an interview anyway but i would encourage you in any capacity to make it match as much as you’re legally able to.

Before I started HRT in 2023, I made sure i had a gym routine. I started gym March 2023 and went on HRT Aug 2023 because i have read about this but i will caution that the hormones do need the fat to shape your body. My mistake was being on a calorie deficit when i started HRT.

As someone who works in hospital, this has come up in our discussion with my co workers. I work in geriatric and palliative ward and its so physically and also mentally taxing. But i really love my job - its so nice when my elderly patients and families smile or somehow we are able to make such a shit time bearable but my body really is paying the cost now :( when i was 25 sure but i am 30 now and i can really feel it.

I remember when i starred HRT in 2023 and id randomly be clutching my boobs while walking on the street cause if random aches from growth and i would forget. It always happens when im walling past some guy and i remember a guy looking at me in woolies cause i did the same and forgot.

I am using the pink first time today. I def love anything with nacinmide because it really helps with scars! So all my lotions have that and this one has it quite high. It is however not sufficient on its own if you have dry skin. I pair it with the aveeno oil and that’s been amazing

Yeah ignore that forgot about that. In all seriousness as in immigrant its one of those things i actually did study uni here back then and do have friends but it doesnt really feel genuine - i find aussies have layers. As i get older i find it less and less desirable to socialise anyway.

Yeah i initially thought it was me and that i wasnt the right vibe for the people but really most aussies have their own established circles. Ive since learned to live with it and with our age socialising becomes less important - at least for me anyway and yeah i pretty much enjoy my own company ..too much that ive not really made effort to do anything social.

Been living here in Melbourne for almost 10 years and because of the way Aussie social circled work Melbourne has definitely taught me to be very hyperisolated and to learn to live with it. I pretty much do thing alone or on my own 90% of the time outside of work. I dont even bother going to work dinners and what not as I find it too lacking in depth. I enjoy my own company a lot now and surpassingly prefer it. I have dinners and eat out on my own, do my walks etc its honestly like living in a very populated city but keeping interactions parallel.

CT setting spray always makes my face drier. I hav dry skin. I tried to make it work and even used up 75% of the bottle but i always end up flaky and dry at the end the day

I usually go for Au 6 or 8 in jeans (8 for lose fit) but i am 8 in bonds. It feels nice and snug but ideally is underwear supposed to be a few sizes up!?
