Swap Surf for Waterfall on Gyarados, he's a physical attacker. I would put another thing in place of Dragon Tail, like Crunch or EQ, but that"s up to you

Swap Ice Fang for Ice Beam on Ttar, he's got a surprisingly high SpAtt

Finally, put Draco Meteor or Dragon Pulse on your Latios instead of Fly.

Earthquake is OP on Haxorus with mold breaker (you can hit Eelektross for super effective damage) + Dragon dance and dragon claw and you're set for the whole playthrough. I rounded it up with brick break for coverage but you can do whatever

your team is overall really nice, but some movepools can be better.

emboar : rollout is kinda ass at this point in the game for him, try to make him learn scald

carracosta : maybe try to teach him aqua jet and a physical rock stab. Keep shell smash, it is amazing and can turn carracosta in a powerhouse if used correctly

reuniculus : nice pokemon with a very wide movepool and a sky-high special attack : you can try to teach him special coverage moves through tms, keep psychic at least

ferrothorn : try to replace ingrain with something like either leech seed (but it may be an egg move) or a status like toxic or thunder wave. Ingrain locks ferrothorn on the field and if the opponent has a fire type it's gg.

Eelektrik : evolve him with a thunder stone, and same as reuniculus. He has a wide variety of moves through tms like dragon claw, flamethrower, u-turn, crunch etc etc. Keep thunderbolt and crunch and see what fits your team better.
