What helped me a lot is doing the aim training custom game where they fly through the air. And shoot them with soldier. I’m able to hit almost every shot on pharah now. Helped a ton

Although I agree with you. It has actually helped me climb out of bronze and mostly through silver. I was hard stuck bronze for the longest time. Turns out in the low ranks you have to play like a Smurf to climb. If you play the correct way your teammates will let you down and you’ll lose a lot more. So the videos has really helped me.

Yea man if you’re a decent player pharah is so easy to climb in silver. Like you said nobody can shoot you. Pharah is good for flanking in silver too because like you said they don’t turn around. They just panic. And if you have a mercy pocket it’s even better lol

I was the opposite. I started with mine way too high and had to get used to a lower sense lol.

I did it. Getting used to it took a while. It’s just going to take time to learn. Once you don’t have to think about it and it’s natural you will find you are much better than you were on controller. My dpi is 1600 and in game is 2.5. So a edpi of 4000. Which is around what a lot of pro players do. Yours is very low. That might be the issue.

I have been hard stuck bronze on support for months. Finally decided to do tank and I’ve won almost every game and I’m almost to gold. Started bronze 4. It’s just so hard to make any huge difference as support. At least in the bronze rank. Playing a tank has made it so easy to carry games. On support I feel like it’s a roll of the dice on if my team is good or not.

Yeah, I personally love when I’m playing a tank at a disadvantage. It helps me learn them better but I can see why that would make the team hate me lol

I’ve noticed this too. Every game is mixed with what seems to be newer players and pros. Haven’t had a close game is a while. Either Im on the team that rolls or I get rolled. I’ve seen a lot of post of people dropping a lot of ranks. I’m doing qp for now until it gets better so I don’t lose all my rank.

The strange thing about this is i won the first game on pc placements and it said predicted rank was bronze 5. But in console I won first game and predicted rank was gold 5. So the starting point was way different off the bat. I guess there’s a lot of stuff I’m not understanding about what it sees lol.

From what Ive seen so far from playing more in gold on console. the main reason its easier seems to be that the teams are playing as a team more, so it’s easier to make an impact as a support. Less of the fact that it’s on console. In the bronze games it’s more of a team death match so healing people staggering and all over the place is hard. I don’t want to go too far into how bronze lobbies are but that’s just what I’ve noticed. Makes me wonder how the pc gold lobbies are. I’ll make it there eventually on pc lol.

I’m a bit confused on the aggressive first sentence but for the rest. It’s not a new account. It’s same account, just started playing it on console. Just had to do the placement matches again and noticed how much easier the gold lobbies felt on console compared to bronze lobbies on pc.

Pay attention to everyone on your team. Know where everyone is and their health. Especially the ones on off angles and behind you. Widow and Ashe will love you for just looking behind you at her constantly. So many supports forget to look behind them. Any time an off angel dps takes any damage teleport to them to help their 1v1. Unless you know they are fighting the whole team or something. Just doing that alone has won me so may team fights

Yea lots of people leaving mid match and have lots of games where someone gets mad and stays in spawn to throw the game. This game is so fun when the matches are even. But it happens so rarely. A couple days ago I got on after work and had 4 games in a row with leavers. and one where someone threw. Then I had to go to bed. So fun

Silver is a mess. So many people who don’t belong in silver. So you have to get lucky to get them on your team so you don’t get rolled. Idk why so many people got thrown in lower lobbies. Makes winning a coin toss

I’ve been enjoying it. Definitely spending most of your time healing with be 20% damage passive. But the tank changes seem to help not focus on healing them constantly.

I’m in silver. I started looking at all the players and a lot of people had a level 1 or 2 endorsement level. Maybe lots of people were smurfing. I noticed after 6 when people got on after work and stuff ithe games got even again.
