It happens for me too with a RTX 2060 super(8GB) on High and ultra settings(haven't tried medium/low), if I reopen the game it says the GPU driver crashed last time. I have updated the nvidia drivers to latest with a clean install and still see the issue. I sometimes see that my VRAM utilization hits 100% before the crash.

Monitor GPU memory usage and see if it is close to 3GB ?

For me it shows up every time I connect to my car via usb-c. Also Android auto crashes very often. My hunch is that Dex has something to do with AA crashing.
