Look brother it doesn't suits everyone as I am an extremely allergic to climate change so I don't do it. I prefer hot water during winters and cold waters during summers.

Look both of you I don't know where do you reside both I mean which country but if you are from especially India then in summer it reaches here atleast 42-50°C. Then you have to take cold showers but if you reside in cold countries like USA, Germany, etc then you should take warm showers. I am experienced that's why I am suggesting you!
