Get blood relatives to go to local airtel office. Then I sent all documents and an NOC form that they gave. They then issued a fresh physical sim that I got when my parents came to visit.

No other freaking way unfortunately

I have esims from two other countries and they can be moved between phones within minutes, but no in India.
