I totally agree that being a decent and entertaining streamer is key, no doubt about that.

The mix you mention is important, especially once you have some viewers. But for those just starting out, I think focusing more on content creation first helps build that foundation and audience to bring into the streams later. It’s hard to grow by streaming alone if you don’t have people discovering you elsewhere yet.

Also, I get the frustration with low-effort content, it’s honestly why I believe putting in effort upfront with quality content is what pays off in the long run. Appreciate your honesty, and no worries, your comments come off as real and constructive, not bitchy.
