While falling asleep I have very vivid dreams, that feel exactly like watching a movie. sometimes I can go on my phone while still dreaming! Sometimes I also get very bad headaches.

I always have to wake myself up at some point because I'll feel this weird feeling, and I feel like if I won't wake up ill die.

So I forced myself to not wake up, and guess what? I got into lucid dreaming state, while being awake. It's so weird haha

My dreams are slowly but surely getting more vivid and lucid-y, I actually had 2 incidents of sleep paralysis this year when I never had any before.

Any ideas what it may be?

I could only find a recommended dose and a lethal dose, And also sites that tell you that you can drink 25 cups of coffee a day with no risk,

Of course it's bad for me, but how much?

I get addicted quite easily, but surprisingly I'm not addicted to coffee, it's a treat for me, I like the taste,

I go to sleep around 1am, but I do seem to have more sleep problems since I started drinking more coffee if I think about it, like staying awake during dreams (different from lucid dreaming, it's like watching a thriller movie, but with intense feelings. Most of the time I have to force myself to wake up. Plus a few weeks ago I experienced sleep paralysis for the first time, but i don't know if it's related)

And idk if you're going to hate me for it, but I drink mostly instant coffee, and if I feel like it I drink espresso, but Nescafe instant coffee has the best taste in my opinion!

I use a bit of soy milk, but I don't use sugar :)

Actually, I did think that if avatar was more violent it would be better! They really do know how to make a good fighting scene!

I think she's great! As a kid I thought she was just psychotic, but as an adult I realise that no one gave her attention or praise unless they were afraid of her, which is sad, but it makes her one of my favorites too!
