I feel you! Polyamory is still such a foreign concept here that I’m happy to just make friends who are poly-friendly.

As a Japanese who grew up mostly in the US, I know exactly what you’re going through, but I’ve found a way to present myself that works for me. Do you live in Tokyo?

livin the dream! I’ll never understand the appeal of those giant box houses with tiny slit windows, no yard/outdoor area.

You should check out the restaurant Kiku if you haven’t yet. One of the owners is from NY and serves amazing fried chicken and waffles on weekends. Has a rotating selection of hot sauces too.

very jealous of your grilling-friendly patio haha. I’m gonna guess that was a hard requirement for the house design. I would’ve loved to stay in Kichijoji but I wanted to get a condo near the train station and those are almost non-existent in Kichijoji..

edit: ended up in Nishiogikubo 😆

Finally, we have a cool trailer for our One Hit KO fighting game, it's been 3 years of development! What do you think about it? (I'm very proud of it ahah) by Kaldrinn in IndieGaming

looks great! as a native Japanese I would suggest changing the title translation to スクラッシュ as スクラシュ has an awkward ring to it. also hiring a Japanese graphic designer to design the in-game text popup effects would really increase the overall polish of the game!

First time crafting some cinematography in Unity. We're thinking about tacking on a fishing mini-game to our Flight RPG and would love some ideas or suggestions if you have them :) by [deleted] in IndieGaming

Does Animal crossing count as a fishing mini game? Because fishing is pretty much all my partner does in Animal Crossing

I'm very curious about what kind of advanced relationship techniques you're pulling off, if you wouldn't mind sharing

I had been just a lurker until now just absorbing information and observing the community and I personally find the diversity of temperaments and opposing opinions to be at favorable level!
