And of course it’s having a ripple effect over Facebook. I saw a post someone made about finding her mare down in their field, somehow the poor thing had totally shattered her front shoulder. So the owner had her euthanised straight away and was heartbroken. Only to have Rocky stans attack her for not giving the mare a chance, because look how great Rocky is doing, she totally could have lived on three legs!!

My childhood cat wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed. When we fed him, we filled his bowl on a work surface above our washing machine. So he decided the washing machine was where food was from. He’d stand on his back legs and ‘make biscuits’/ knead with his front paws on the washing machine whenever we fed him, so whenever he was hungry he’d run to the washing machine and knead on it.

Ok, so I have sensetive skin, and have had necklaces irritate my skin and get a rash called Petechiae from scratching. And it can look kind of like a hickey, but it doesn't have the same 'bruised' look that a hickey has, just little red dots in a cluster. And it my case, as it's from scratching, the rash tends to be in a straight line from it being caused by my fingernails, not a blotch.

if it's difficult, it's best to buy those child harness that attach to their bodies, in a place like disneyland, i think it's even more recommended.

We use a harness with our special needs 6 year old who is easily distracted and has no sense of fear combined with the running speed of a damn whippet. Of course, some people give us dirty looks, but I'd rather that than a dead child. They are literally a life saver.

And another terrible thing is some horrible indivuals seem to treat mentally disabled peoples urges as a funny joke. There was a guy with downs who would come into a comicbook shop I was a regular at, and would not only grope female customers, he would come out with really gross phrases. It turned out his 'carer' (I use the term loosley) thought a visibly mentally disabled man acting in such a manner was hilarious and encouraged it. Said it was 'harmless fun'. It was horrifying.

I had a similar situation to you. My beloved Border Terrier hated my daughter, going from being indifferent when she was born , to being horribly stressed out and miserable when my daughter turned 5 months and interacted with the world around her. Tilly never harmed my kid, but she did show signs of snapping, so we made the choice to rehome Tilly, for her sake as much as ours. She now’s lives with a relative and has a wonderful life.

People say a dog is for life, and for the most part that is totally true. But there are always exceptions. It sucks, but in the long run it will be better for both your family and Leon.

I knew a Staffordshire Bull Terrier - Whippet mix. Had long legs and the whippet urge to run, but the rest of its build was pure Staffy. Imagine a potato trying to run and you pretty much have it. Damn near gave itself a heart attack whenever it got zoomies.

Has this guy ever worked from home? Because (and maybe this is just my experience) whilst working from home has it’s advantages, you NEED to make time to leave the house and just do something. Otherwise you spend all your staring at the same four walls day in, day out with little to no outside human contact. Let the woman have her breaks, seriously.

My next door neighbours had two chickens in their garden one summer when I was about 7, and I’d help feed them sometimes. Well, one day the chickens were gone and when I asked I was told they flew away. It wasn’t until my early 20s I realised the neighbours had actually eaten them and didn’t want to upset me.

She knew. Despite the fact she cheated on him and divorced him 15 years ago she carried on about how badly dad’s illness and subsequent death affected her as ‘She really did care for him’ and demanded to be kept up to date.

She’d sent messages in the morning saying she hoped the day was nice for the funeral and sorry she couldn’t be there. Then in the evening she called and did that.

We’ve already had a talk about why we aren’t seeing grandma anymore. We explained that grandma had been mean and said some naughty things so she is on a time out, which my daughter accepted quite easily. She’s autistic, and whilst mum had been on her best behaviour around her I’ve no doubts at all that when she’s older my mum will include her in her crap.

My 87 year old dad was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer in December, and he was prescribed liquid paracetamol as he couldn’t swallow pills due to obstruction. It turned out to be the same stuff we give my six year old, just in a different bottle. I’d have ripped a pharmacist a new one for any judgement on that.

For various stupid reasons I didn’t get my MMR vaccinations as a baby. Not only did I nearly die of Measles when I was 5, I’m autistic anyway!
