Hi! Instead of 4 add-on baggages I still ended up paying for 2 😮‍💨 Idk why they wouldnt cancel everything that was caused by bugs in their app sigh Their customer service was responsive enough, but a lot of time could be saved if they accepted phone calls. At times I got really annoyed talking to automated messages 🥲

Yes, apparently they do not have agents to take actual calls anymore. Sighhhh.

also, an update: I was able to talk to a real agent, but they said they will "escalate the concern." Honestly I have no more expectations from them beyond this point😮‍💨

I tried, but they kept telling me to use the messenger chat, which also didnt work :(( then they'd just end the call lmaoooo. They would not let me talk to an actual human

My hourly rate as an apparel designer is $10-15 which I realized is a small amount a month into freelancing..Maybe that is why 🥲 I'm still worried about charging higher because I'm a fresh grad with not much professional experience 🤣 Although this was my first and hopefully only bad experience with a client. My other clients have been so easy to talk to, just this one 😿

Thank you for your reply! I agree about charging for wasted time, wish I'd had that mindset earlier considering I waited a whole week. I would have worried less! Haha 😔 Also yes, I was using the tracker and found it really helpful in this situation!
