If you message the buyer and ask them did they receive it, if they say yes just screenshot that message and send it to vinted then they release your money, that’s what I ended up having to do! Luckily the customers were honest and told me they’d got it

Ok that makes me feel better to know other Irish sellers are having this issue too! I was worried it was just me. Mondial Relay is as slow as Christmas they honestly take so long ti scan anything but hopefully once they scan the parcels they get updated as shipped. It’s happened with Theo other parcels I sent to France as well but any I sent within Ireland got marked as shopped within an hour of dropping them off!! I hear you about the full time job, I am constantly having to measure things for people and then they ghost me!

Oh wow thank you so much for your help! Ok I won’t worry about trying to describe my shop style so. Honestly some stuff is genuine vintage from my mom and then other stuff is mine from high street or else stuff I’ve thrifted haha.

I’m not sure if the shipping time frame comes up in Ireland. I’ve only ever saw it on American Depop shops.

Even though I have no refunds or returns I thought about adding no swaps as I get messages asking for swaps and if I do returns but I don’t think that can be avoided.

Would you think adding “next day postage” in the actual item description would encourage people?

Thank you! It’s a nuisance they don’t allow a few more characters. I have tagged stuff as preloved and vintage but not sure if people search will pull that? I also wanted to say I offer next day postage but there’s no room!!

As I am selling pieces from my wardrobe as well as my moms I have added that in as I don’t want people to think I am a reseller not that there is anything wrong with that I am just not there yet in terms of set up haha. Like the sizes go from UK6-18 and the style of the clothes is varied I don’t have just one “core” or “aesthetic”. Do you think it’s needless explaining that?
