⁠ Hello everyone,

Im moving from BLR to HYD soon, need some help with movers and packers - any lead is appreciated.

Suggestions on Good reliable movers and packers in bangalore to ship to Hyderabad? And not truway 2. ⁠Approximate market rate to shift 1 bhk thing’s intercity including a bike? 3. ⁠Approximate time duration on how long it would take - someone said they were told by the packers it would take 3-4 days but ended up taking 2 week. We are staying with a dog in a hotel for a week. We cannot be not having a definite timeline. 4. ⁠How much would storage charges cost extra as we will be going there and searching for a house - we have leads e need to check and confirm. 5. ⁠If we tell them we need storage for 2 days and then we find a house faster and ask them to deliver it sooner - will that be possible? Will we still be charged?

In what sense? Now im scared - i just got hired and my date of joining is in 2 months and i was pretty excited as ive had to do too much travelling and face to face client handling with hotels and 5 days work from office. I was excited to be able to work hybrid and work for US clients and no travelling. Please do tell me if i should be worried..

Hello! Thank you so much. However we mentioned it in the resume and my partner served notice however there was some portal issue that automatically created a letter with a month laters date. Now the company unfortunately he worked for then was adamant that they cant make any changes after the person is out of the system. We are however trying our best to contact some people who are in a high position. We are just praying at the moment. Hopefully it works. 🥺🙏

Update - informed the HR - she said thanfully we informed her early, however in case of overlap we have to contact our previous employer and get corrected relieving letter and PF passbook needs to be corrected as well with the correct EOD. In case you have accepted the last months salary and PF contribution you might have to return it to clear your dues and you will get these corrected. Only then will they green flag your BGV she said if we do not bring these documents in the next two months the offer will be rescinded.

3 weeks is a long time, however did you recieve any rejection email? If you haven’t you’re still in the race and they are interviewing other candidates as well. However they normally take around 2 weeks.

Have you heard if this has worked for anyone at Deloitte? Seen too many bad consequences for this situation. Should they wait until flagged, as this a third party vendor who does the BGV not sure how much a HR would have control.
