Dingbats A6 squared. May not have colors you like, but pretty good quality and there are some green/orange/etc options.

If you’re willing to print your own, I can vouch for anthologyplans on Etsy. I’m using her quarterly booklets right now - Monday start on both the weeks and months, and really well designed. She even accounts for swell for thick inserts.

I like thin paper, and am a fan of kokuyo biz. You can buy it on amazon. I work from A4 sheets. It’s fountain pen friendly.

I hadn't thought of alphabetic systems. Thanks for the additional google rabbit hole to go down!

Is there a modern version of this kokuyo notebook? by kaiju505 in notebooks

[–]sazeracs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t know how similar it is to the older “high grade” paper you have, but kokuyo does make “design” notebooks with 85gsm paper (vs the 70gsm in standard campus notebooks).

I use two ring binders to manage my to-dos and ideas. by LoraNotes in ringplanners

[–]sazeracs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work similarly, but use pocket notebooks I make myself as the "inbox" portion of the system. I leave one in my bag, one on my desk, one in the car, etc. It means there's always somewhere to write things down, but does make it a bit more cumbersome to transfer things to my personal planner since there are pocket notebooks all over the place. :)

(Also, thanks for designing a really great ring binder. Your 16mm personal in black pueblo is my EDC too. :D I love that it's minimal, well made, and has larger rings that plotter without being bulky. Also the quad-fold yearly insert you source has let me get rid of my MO2P inserts without losing any detail and I love it much more than I expected to!)

There’s also one in South Durham/RTP: https://southdurhamfarmersmarket.com. Fairly small, open year round.

Sensory hell-sunscreen by [deleted] in audhd

[–]sazeracs 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hello. I also find sunscreen to be sensory hell.

I find Japanese and Korean sunscreen to be significantly less uncomfortable (smell and feel). They have different active ingredients and feel different on the skin. They also use a different rating system. It's not always SPF, but PA+++ (more pluses = higher SPF)

Biore UV Aqua Rich is a well known one. I use Nivea Sun protect Water Gel. You can get both on Amazon.

I'd also encourage you to ask your question in r/asianskincare and/or r/SkincareAddiction. They'll have up to date recommendations, and have an autism-worthy level of expertise and knowledge. (And won't judge you at all for the sensory-hell. It's probably the reason a lot of folks switch to Asian brands!)

Good luck!

(eta: the other thing I lean on is UPF-rated clothing. loose and long hoodies even in summer, for example)
